Making Financial Donations

Since 1969, Venice Area Mobile Meals, Inc. has provided over one million meals to thousands of people, all unable to prepare a meal.

More than half of those helped are seniors.

Venice Area Mobile Meals, Inc. is a non-profit organization, which depends on the generosity of civic and community associations, businesses, groups, and individuals in the community, for financial support which enables it to provide meal service and helps defray costs of meals for those who are unable to pay.

Donations made to Venice Area Mobile Meals, Inc. are tax exempt under 501(c)(3)of the IRS Code.

Acknowledgements are sent for all donations received.

Our donations come from a variety of sources:
  • Individual and organization one-time, monthly or yearly donations
  • Memorials from people honoring friends and loved ones
  • Bequests assigned by wills, trusts and estates
  • Community associations, mobile home parks, civic clubs and veteran organizations donate on a regular basis


Speakers are available for any group gathering to provide additional information. Invite Venice Area Mobile Meals to your next community meeting. We are a community supported, all volunteer organization.
